Murali17/06/2022Am from Chennai. After a long time, we made a plan for an Ooty tour from Coimbatore. Got this reference via JustDial and when I spoke to Mr. Ganesh, he was well versed in my requirement, especially my budget. He gave the details of the Daywise plan from Coimbatore. I requested there is a headcount change in this tour plan, and he immediately said OK for this sudden change and informing about the price change. Good service in Cab and its driver (local driver name: Mr. Kannan), he was completely agreed on what we really need. The best part of this tour is the cab service, the premium hotel had a 24-hr hot water facility with very very neatness of the room and sightseeing. Also had a somewhat bad experience on this tour, because we all be there in Seasonal time i.e. Ooty flower show, so there is heavy traffic in the roadways and people crowded in all the sightseeing spots, rooms are expensive due to seasonal time AND hotel food is really good but kind of expensive.
